Cleaning the Dirt Off in Durham, North Carolina

This vinyl apartment home was quite dirty when we arrived, which is common when having a Gravel driveway. We first covered and protected all light fixtures and outlets. We then began to apply our chemical mixture sanitation solution to kill off all of the organic material from the home. We allowed our mixture to do it’s work and then we rinsed very thoroughly with fresh, filtered water. The front porch was not originally part of the washing plan, but we thought of it as a nice gesture for our client. For the deck we used a chemical mixture and soft brush to gently scrub the organic build up off of the deck. We rinsed the deck and that was one more happy client and clean home!

There were two batches of chemicals used in this project. The first was a mixture of 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite, Cherry Blossom Surfactant and filtered water. The second mixture, which was used on the porch, was a mix of our Cherry Blossom Surfactant and filtered water.Client Review
